The location was fantastic for accessing nearby attractions, but the overall experience fell short. The room's lock was broken, compromising safety, and the noise levels were intolerable, making it difficult to sleep. Customer service was unhelpful, as I received no follow-up regarding my concerns during check-in.

Great for families on a budget

Had a fun family trip! The place was clean, and the pool was awesome, just the right temp! We didn't notice any smoke smell in our room, which was a plus. Breakfast was kinda basic, and the vibe was a little quiet, but we loved grabbing coffee early in the morning. Just wish dining was open a bit longer.

The King Room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, but it lacked shade. The room was dated yet clean. Great location near a Waffle House and gas stations. Some friendly staff members at the front desk made things better.

Checked into a Deluxe King Room and it was clean and sanitary, so that was a plus. The TV had decent channels, and parking was okay. Check-out was super easy too. But nothing really stood out as amazing. Just a basic stay without many highlights, to be honest.

The staff at Days Inn By Wyndham Knoxville East were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially in assisting with my luggage. The lobby was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place for seniors like me to relax.

More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.

Tucked into the heart of Knoxville, the nearby dining spots had me munching on some real gems. The bed was comfy, and the lobby area was spick and span—perfect for my short stay!

Now, the flip side—waking up to bathroom mold wasn't the breakfast I had in mind! Plus, I felt a bit uneasy thanks to some not-so-friendly staff comments. Not exactly a five-star experience!

The convenience of being close to the interstate made getting around easy. I appreciated the quick access to a restaurant across the road for meals.
